Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a review, you must provide:

  • a valid receipt or proof of purchase, and

  • clear photos or videos showing the defect or issue.

Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective,

  • the item is damaged, or

  • you received the wrong item.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defect:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),

  • custom or personalized products,

  • personal care and hygiene products,

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,

  • sale items and gift cards.

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order separately.

Refunds (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • the refund will be issued to the original payment method,

  • within 10 business days of approval.
